This 40 page notepad is purely made for checking off your shopping list. Once you are done with your list you can simply tare the page off and restart for the next day. This planner consists of:

Shopping list - Fruit, veg, pantry, meat, snacks & frozen

Weekly meal plan Monday - Sunday (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
